Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an API call?
Each request to our API endpoints counts as one call. Batch requests count as multiple calls based on the number of records returned. Webhooks do not count towards your API limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Unused calls do not roll over.
What happens if I exceed my API limit?
You'll receive warnings at 80% and 90% usage. Additional calls beyond your limit are charged at $0.005 per call on Growth and Professional plans. Starter plan calls are rate-limited.
How fresh is the data?
We scrape council portals daily. Most major councils are updated within 24 hours of new applications being lodged. You can check data freshness per council in your dashboard.
